Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your item. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

1. Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First: Please email customer service at info@buyeuroluxe.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in the email. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
  2. Package Your Item: After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the Item: Mail your return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7-10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at info@buyeuroluxe.com immediately to arrange a refund or exchange. Please provide photos of the damage if possible.
