Thank you for visiting and shopping at BuyEuroLuxe. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Hong Kong.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping (Optional):
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Please note: Delivery estimates are from the date of shipment, not from the date of order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., customs clearance, carrier delays).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
BuyEuroLuxe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). These fees are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient. We are unable to predict the amount of these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
BuyEuroLuxe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@buyeuroluxe.com and we will assist you in contacting the carrier and filing a claim.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small time gap to cancel/change an order or to change the address of the order.
If you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@buyeuroluxe.com.
If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
